Phoebe and Jemma are sisters who built their first business together and never looked back. With over 20 years in wholesale, retail, design and logistics through their Melbourne-based business Vincent, they've been on both sides of the fulfilment equation — running complex operations and searching, often unsuccessfully, for a 3PL that actually understood specialised, design-led brands.

Jemma possesses a keen eye for product presentation and a comprehensive understanding of logistics, both domestically and internationally. Her focus is overseeing our team, ensuring that orders are accurately picked, packed, and presented on time and in optimal condition. Phoebe, on the other hand, is dedicated to maximising the value of every dollar spent by our clients. Whether it involves negotiating competitive freight rates or optimising our systems, Phoebe is committed to maintaining the smooth operation of our business every day of the week.
